The service I received was amazing. My primary electrician, Caleb, was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I just bought and moved into my house and Caleb did a full electrical inspection to make sure my house was good to go. He discovered a large amount of items that our inspector did not call out when buying the house and then explained everything in a way that was easy to understand.
On top of being a good technician, he was also very sociable and having him work on my house was much less frustrating due to his good personality.
The costs were a little bit higher than I would have thought/liked, but the fact that I felt like I was in good hands, made the slightly higher costs much easier to accept.

I was looking for a reputable electrician to install my new custom chandelier and Milestone was the best choice and investment. They did an amazing job, even did an electrical inspection and provided insight into my electrical panel. Moses came out and went above and beyond to provide great service. He did a thorough check of the whole house to find the issue at hand. He is very knowledgeable and has a great understanding of all things plumbing. He walked us through each issue explaining what is broken / what it is causing and how to he will fix it. The issue ended up being much more time consuming than previously thought and he went above and beyond to provide us with the best care and best fix at no additional cost. I would highly recommend requesting Moses if you plan on using Milestone for you plumbing needs.

My Milestone Technician, Rigoberto Perez did an excellent job installing my new thermostat. He was neat, professional and told me everything I needed to know about the new device. He worked quietly and efficiently and finished the job in less than an hour. He also checked my whole system to ensure it was working efficiently. Jordan was great. He was extremely professional and courteous. After explaining to me all the options for a pretty expensive electrical issue, Jordan happily went over all the information a second time via phone call with my husband so that we could feel good about our final decision.

We highly recommend Milestone for all AC needs. I can only speak on AC specifically since that is the only service we have currently received. The technician was very thorough and gave us so much of his time. He explained everything that he was doing in great detail and also helped us with some concerns we had. We were also given some recommendations as to things we definitely need to address, and felt that it was all explained very well to us and it was so nice having someone care and be honest with us.
