Our Technicians start seasonal services by cleaning your entire A/C system including the interior and exterior units. They clean dust and debris from the indoor blower motor and wash the outdoor unit. As they complete each step of the tune-up, our Technicians assess the current condition of the components to ensure the parts are not too damaged and replace any screws that are missing.

Choosing the Right Air Filters

Air filters are vital for all A/C systems and you should make sure to choose the correct size for your air conditioner. We can measure your A/C system and determine what air filters are compatible with it. If the air filter is too small, debris can get around it, and if it is too large, you could get a blockage in your A/C system.

We recommend that you change your air filter at least once a month. If you have higher debris accumulation during the month, you can change out the filter more frequently. We’ll also change the filter any time you schedule maintenance with us.

Updating Your Thermostat

Your thermostat needs to work properly to make your A/C turn on. It will start up the air conditioning system by reading the current room temperatures. If your thermostat is faulty, it won’t gauge the temperature accurately, and your system will cycle too frequently.

We can replace your thermostat if it’s not working properly. We recommend programmable thermostats. They will let you adjust the settings to control the temperature.
