How do you handle scheduling and appointments?

We schedule our appointments based on time windows. We have our 8 AM – 9 AM priority window for our ‘Milestone Advantage’ members, then our 8 AM – 11 AM, 11 AM – 2 PM, 2 PM – 5 PM, and our emergency after hours. At Milestone Electric, A/C, & Plumbing, we prioritize making scheduling and appointments as seamless as possible for our customers.
