Jamison Galt was another technician who efficiently and accurately assessed our situation and was able to clearly chart a path forward. Impressed. The service agent who took my call did not seem to fully understand the reason for the call and, while Jamison was effective and efficient and knew his trade that was not what we needed. Josh and Cody from Milestone replaced 11 defective smoke detectors in our home, one was on a 16 foot ceiling. They knew what their job was and did it well. I appreciated their responses to questions I had about the new detectors. Both men were courteous and professional.

I had an appointment today with Cristian Hernandez to assess a leak under my shower. I was very happy with his service. He was very thorough and knowledgeable and took a lot of pictures so he could show me and explain everything to me. He also alerted me to another issue going on in my second bathroom that I wasn’t even aware of. Great guy and great service!
