Moses came out and went above and beyond to provide great service. He did a thorough check of the whole house to find the issue at hand. He is very knowledgeable and has a great understanding of all things plumbing. He walked us through each issue explaining what is broken / what it is causing and how to he will fix it. The issue ended up being much more time consuming than previously thought and he went above and beyond to provide us with the best care and best fix at no additional cost. I would highly recommend requesting Moses if you plan on using Milestone for you plumbing needs.

My Milestone Technician, Rigoberto Perez did an excellent job installing my new thermostat. He was neat, professional and told me everything I needed to know about the new device. He worked quietly and efficiently and finished the job in less than an hour. He also checked my whole system to ensure it was working efficiently. I would encourage anyone to use Milestone for all their electrical and A/C requirements. Each technician I have had over the many years for various jobs has been top notch.

Jordan was great. He was extremely professional and courteous. After explaining to me all the options for a pretty expensive electrical issue, Jordan happily went over all the information a second time via phone call with my husband so that we could feel good about our final decision.

Milestone Electric is great! Robert and his associate trainee were super professional and nice. From start to finish they let me know what was going on every step of the way and when it comes to my home I like to be involved. Really appreciated that. The pricing was fair for what had to be done. I’m glad that Milestone is strict with who they hire being that I’m a single mom, it helps to have a guarantee. We have worked with Milestone several times before, and we keep coming back. All the folks are fantastic, but our favorite guy to work with is Robert Short. Robert consistently demonstrates mastery of his craft.
This time, our needs required some creativity. Robert came in, quickly assessed our needs, and presented solutions that were economical and exceeded our expectations. It is fun to watch someone that has the technical aspects of their job so well in hand they can use their skills and be creative.
Robert's helper this time was Trey, and he did a great job for us as well. It seems Trey is getting to learn from the best.

I had several Milestone technicians come by the house yesterday:
Juan, Hugo, and Jason were all incredibly professional, friendly, thorough, and helpful.
Juan helped with plumbing issues and was very honest and transparent with his recommendations on a new water heater system, along with being very patient in answering all my questions.
Hugo and Jason helped with maintenance on my heating/cooling system. Again very thorough and meticulous. They also went above and beyond with helping me move an item!

Brandon and Jeremy did a great job. They came to service our air conditioning unit which they maintain twice a year. They were very professional and did a great job.. We appreciate people who come and treat us like family..
