- Warranty is Non-transferable
- Homeowner agrees to annual maintenance, service & repair with Milestone Home Service Co., For the term of warranty.
- Homeowner agrees to annual maintenance agreement (The Milestone Advantage) with Milestone Home Service Co. for the term of warranty
This warranty does not cover any:
- Shipping, labor or material charges, or damages resulting from tansportation, installation, or servicing.
- Damages resulting from accident, abuse, fire, flood, alteration, or any other non-workmanship or manufacturer defect. (Tampering, altering, defacing or removing the product serial number will serve to void this warranty).
- Damages resulting from use of the product in a corrosive atmosphere.
- Damages resulting from inadequacy or interruption of electrical service or fuel supply, improper voltage conditions, blown fuses, tripped breakers, clogged drains or other like damages.
- Cleaning or replacement of filters or damages resulting from operation with inadequate supply of air or water.
- Must be in a good standing with Milestone Home Service Co.
- Damages resulting from failure to properly and regularly clean air filter.
- Damages resulting from use of components or accessories not approved by Company (vent dampers, etc.)
