Jeremy came for a diagnostic appointment when our ac wasn’t cooling. He was very thorough and regularly checked in with us. Austin came by later to go over new system options. James McCreary from Milestone arrived 5 minutes early for our appointment, which was nice, and they called ahead to let us know he was on his way. He was very friendly and helpful. He checked both of our systems thoroughly and provided us with some recommendations to improve our A/C systems performance and remove contaminants. Will was great and very friendly . He was helpful with answering my questions and telling me what was wrong with my hvac system.
