On an incredibly hot day in Texas, our AC unit unexpectedly went out, and I was in a bit of a panic. Thankfully, Marcus Lynch from Milestone came to the rescue! He not only installed the motor for our AC unit the very same day, but also conducted a thorough inspection of our HVAC system. During the detailed check-up, Marcus discovered burn marks on the motherboard console of our 13-year-old furnace, along with other issues that required attention. I had just purchased this home a month ago, and I truly appreciated how Marcus took the time to explain everything to me in a way I could understand. Moreover, he pointed out the need for a flow meter to detect any potential flooding from the hot water heater, which gave me peace of mind knowing that I’ll be prepared for any mishaps. What really stood out to me was Marcus’s commitment to customer satisfaction. After the furnace installation team left, he personally checked in with me to ensure everything was done to my liking. This is an update to a review I left earlier. I was unhappy that my leaky toilet couldn’t be fixed on the first visit because the technician didn’t have the part. The next available appointment was 4 days later! I wrote a bad review. I was contacted by William Pearson who listened to my concerns and agreed the service was unacceptable. He was very apologetic and offered an above and beyond solution. I was very impressed that he took the time to address my concerns. I will consider using Milestone for future work.
