Joshua J helped us out today with our dishwasher. He was very personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. He was upfront with cost and options, which as first time home owners we really appreciate. While we weren't able to get our dishwasher installed today, he got us set up in the right direction to get it done the right way and even set up a follow up so we know we will be getting someone we already have rapport with when we are ready for installation.

Jeremy with the HVAC TEAM was friendly and clear and concise with his explanations. I appreciate his willingness to answer questions. He was great with my dogs, too!
I also had plumber Abram Pace out today on a warranty item on my new Toto toilet. He had it fixed quickly and explained what the problem was and how it needed it was repaired.

Where do I start?? Alex Was by far the most perfect tech I have ever met. His sense of humor was infectious but I came gladly to write a review on Alex With the plan. He Got the job done within no time he also taught some things about hvac systems of course i asked plenty of questions.. Long story short you can’t go wrong with Milestone nor Alex.. Mel was great!! He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in a clear and understandable way and had a very practical and level headed approach. He was answered my questions about my issue as well as other plumbing related questions. He never left me feeling stressed or worried about my situation, and I could tell he would highlight anything that was a major issue and inform me of anything that was less serious. I felt like I was in good hands and highly recommend Mel to anyone who has a plumbing issue!

Matthew did an excellent job. On-time, and competent with a variety of electrical issues. This was our first time using milestone and we’re very impressed by their system, the advantage plan and the parts inventory on the truck.
In the end, Matthew was the highlight backed by a strong organization.

The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the original price quoted to me was very expensive and did not seem to warrant the small plumbing adjustments I was requesting. Jon offered to do it for half of the cost, which still seemed like a lot for the work entailed, however I needed it done now and I was willing to pay the agreed on amount for the timeliness. Jon, like all of the skilled tradesmen employed by Milestone, is someone you would invite to a family dinner. Very well mannered and well spoken.
