We had our air conditioning system breakdown while we were away. Right from the first call to make the appointment, Milestone was quick and professional. Raven Snowden was the technician assigned. She arrived on time and was very courteous. Raven was quick in troubleshooting and suggesting corrective actions. She explained the pros/cons and left the decision to us, the customer. She also provided feedback on maintaining the air conditioning system. She finished the job in a timely manner. Will highly recommend Milestone and Raven to anyone.

Matthew was very prompt, friendly, and professional. We had two outdoor faucets that needed repair, and he got right to business. Both required removing some brick, and he did that as well as replacing the brick afterwards. He did a beautiful job and everything is great...he left the faucets and bricks in excellent condition. The cost was a little higher than we anticipated, but we are very happy with the outcome.

We had several issues with our AC unit and had several technicians come out to service our unit. Both Techs provided great service. However Matthew I feel went above and beyond and worked late into the night. We truly appreciate all of his hard work and effort in repairing our AC unit.

Thank you for getting our air back on quickly, & for helping us enroll with the maintenance plan to give us confidence year around. 100 degree Texas weather is nothing to mess with.

This was my first experience with Milestone EA&P and it was a good one. When I called I spoke with Hanna Medillo and she found me a tech to come out same day. She was very pleasant and helpful. Then the tech Jon McGee came out. He was very pleasant and personable upfront and throughout the service call. He identified and fixed the problem immediately, and pointed out other electrical issues (potential issues) and recommend proactive measures that can be provided by Milestone in his write up. I will definitely be a returning customer.

The photo says it all and to boot we had just departed on a two week vacation. Once the City arrived and turned off the water it was quickly determined this was a homeowner issue. My first and only call was to Milestone - even before the City arrived. I flew home and met Esay to assess the situation, determine a course of action, received a work plan, reviewed the estimate, signed the Work Order, and flew back to our vacation. The next morning Milestone showed up - Harley and crew. By 2:30pm the job was done. No trenching, no concrete being torn out, no plants being moved, simply three holes that will be unnoticeable in a couple of weeks. UNBELIEVABLE customer service, extremely professional, shocking concern that this situation not impact our vacation. We are exceedingly pleased and without a moment of hesitation highly recommend MILESTONE to you. They truly are the absolute best in the business…We’ve never experienced anything like it.

Milestone is always my #1 choice in electric, air, and plumbing. I have a home warranty but it takes them days to get me any kind of service so I use Milestone and just pay for it myself when it is a small issue. I know I can always call Milestone and get same day service. I had Marcus Lynch come to my home today and he was friendly, professional, and super knowledgeable. He is a real asset to Milestone and typical of the quality individuals they provide their customers.
