I recently had the pleasure of working with Milestone Company, and I simply have to express my gratitude for their outstanding service! On an incredibly hot day in Texas, our AC unit unexpectedly went out, and I was in a bit of a panic. Thankfully, Marcus Lynch from Milestone came to the rescue! He not only installed the motor for our AC unit the very same day, but also conducted a thorough inspection of our HVAC system. During the detailed check-up, Marcus discovered burn marks on the motherboard console of our 13-year-old furnace, along with other issues that required attention. I had just purchased this home a month ago, and I truly appreciated how Marcus took the time to explain everything to me in a way I could understand. Moreover, he pointed out the need for a flow meter to detect any potential flooding from the hot water heater, which gave me peace of mind knowing that I’ll be prepared for any mishaps. What really stood out to me was Marcus’s commitment to customer satisfaction. After the furnace installation team left, he personally checked in with me to ensure everything was done to my liking. It’s hard to find such attentive and caring service these days! Thanks to Milestone and Marcus, I’m finally looking forward to a restful night’s sleep in our new home. It feels so good to know that our HVAC system is in great shape, and we have reliable support in case anything else comes up. I cannot recommend Milestone Company enough for their professionalism, expertise, and genuine care for their customers. Thank you, Marcus! You’ve made a lasting impression, and my wife and I are so grateful! I cannot remember the names of the two young men that installed my new furnace but they were AWESOME. They were professional, furnace was installed and work area cleaned up and I am a very happy person today!!

This is an update to a review I left earlier. I was unhappy that my leaky toilet couldn’t be fixed on the first visit because the technician didn’t have the part. The next available appointment was 4 days later! I wrote a bad review. I was contacted by William Pearson who listened to my concerns and agreed the service was unacceptable. He was very apologetic and offered an above and beyond solution. I was very impressed that he took the time to address my concerns. I will consider using Milestone for future work.

I had an outstanding experience with Shan from Milestone Electric! He arrived right on time and immediately put me at ease with his professionalism and expertise. Shan was not only thorough in completing the job but went above and beyond by offering helpful suggestions that I hadn’t even considered. His attention to detail and knowledge of the work were impressive, and I felt confident knowing I was in good hands. In Europe for 2 weeks when my concierge alerted me to an overflow sink upstairs that had run over and stained the downstairs ceiling. Knew Milestone from using them for electrical services. They promptly schedule me for the day I arrived back in Dallas. Uriel arrived, surveyed the situation, and snaked the plugged line. He then surveyed all of my plumbing outlets, inside and outside the house. Complimented me on the good upkeep of my home. He has a very nice style, very competent and professional. I also understand they now do HVAC and would love to have one firm handle all my mechanical and electrical needs. Well done, Milestone!

Luis, LeDarius & their trainee were amazing! They were quick kind and communicative. Something that I did notice was that we had rescheduled our initial appointment and they still showed up to the original scheduled date, letting me know that the dispatcher had not given them an update. I’ve seen this happen previously with other milestone workers. Since this is not the first time we have had to reschedule an appointment. On behalf of the workers and efficiency, I recommend that the dispatch team be better about communicating with their own staff and team To ensure they are not losing resources and time. As this is the second time this is occurred for us. Again, However, my experiences have been incredible with the entire company as a whole.

Blair Huffman was awesome. He was knowledgeable and efficient. I appreciated his honesty and being able to get to our place quickly. Will definitely be requesting him going forward if there is ever anything wrong with our AC unit.
