JB and Stephen were fantastic at today’s appointment! Over the weekend, we started noticing our lights flickering around the house, which caused our battery backup system to kick in a few times. By Saturday evening, it happened about five times, and each time the battery took over saying the grid was out. We called Oncor, and they confirmed that one of the lugs in our meter box was going bad - and even worse, the wires were starting to melt together. Since Milestone had already done great work at our home before with a major HVAC ductwork project, we called them again to take a look. They came out on Monday, got us scheduled for Thursday, and did a big repair on our meter box, main panel, and sub panel. JB and Stephen were amazing from start to finish. They made sure everything was working perfectly, wore shoe covers to keep things clean, and took the time to answer all my questions. This is exactly the kind of top-notch service I’ve come to expect from Milestone, and they delivered once again. Was it expensive? Yeah, but for the professionalism, quality, and peace of mind Milestone provides, it’s absolutely worth it. Highly recommend!

Zaul sought out and found the problem with the lack of air conditioning in the upstairs that happened right after the previous technician had done a maintenance evaluation of both HVAC units on Friday the 19th. He found the heat exchanger unit for the upstairs hvac was leaking refrigerant. He fixed the valves and added refrigerant. The upstairs is getting cool again. I wish the problem hadn’t happened, but I’m glad Zaul came and fixed it. Review #2 for Matt… It was good that Matt came by to evaluate our options for replacing our smaller, older hvac unit upstairs. It’s more than 15 years old for a system whose expected lifespan is 10-12 years. His explanations were clear, and we have a great discount on a better updated system, Review #3 for James and crew. Replacement of upstairs HVAC unit and associated parts and labor. They arrived shortly after 10:00 and set up and worked steadily and professionally throughout the day until finishing about 5:30. It seems to be totally well installed and working , cooling. A simpler thermostat.

He was invested in the work and did not hurry the process. He’s thoughtful and thorough. Michael and Nathan changed our lives and made us feel comfortable and at ease. We are thankful for their kindness and enjoyed having Michael, Nathan, Mark and Hayden in our home. They are teammates and their work is unparalleled. As home owners, my wife and I are well pleased.
