Judson was fantastic - a consummate professional in every sense. Not only did he meticulously carry out his work, but he also took the time to walk me through all the intricacies so that I could spot any potential issues down the line. Right from the outset, he exuded a warm and welcoming demeanor that immediately put me at ease. It's clear that he is deeply dedicated to helping others, and this shines through in the caliber of his work. While he did recommend some additional services for the unit, he never applied any pressure, and I truly value that approach. I recommend and will continue to use Milestone!

Billy H did an outstanding job at my house. He worked extremely hard and went way and far above. If his boss is reading this he deserves a raise!! He was very respectful and friendly more so than any other workers that have been to my house. Milestone should have modeled all their workers on his work ethic. Wow. They don’t make companies like this anymore. Micheal O’Connor with Milestone saved us! We lost power for 5 days during a terrible Texas storm, and then, about two weeks later, our neighbor’s tree fell on our power line. Our morale was low at that point. Oncor had to come disconnect our power Thursday afternoon because the fallen line was a fire hazard, and we were convinced we weren’t going to get power back until the next week. An acquaintance recommended calling Milestone for fast, efficient service. Milestone was prompt to respond to our call, very nice and friendly, and competently mediated a complex situation. They fixed our power line and helped us coordinate with Oncor and the city of Dallas to get our power back within 24 hours. I thought this was impossible given that it was the upcoming weekend and given the nature of Dallas city government/Oncor customer service. Milestone is worth every penny. They are reliable and a rare find in today’s world.

James McCreary from Milestone arrived 5 minutes early for our appointment, which was nice, and they called ahead to let us know he was on his way. He was very friendly and helpful. He checked both of our systems thoroughly and provided us with some recommendations to improve our A/C systems performance and remove contaminants. We will use Milestone and James again for our AC needs.

Michael O’Connor from Milestone Electric serviced our home today helping us work through multiple electrical needs. He was was fantastic - one of the VERY BEST electricians we have ever had! He was extremely professional, VERY knowledgeable about the various options to best serve our needs - and he logically processed a plan to get the work done that met and really exceeded out expectations.
