In Europe for 2 weeks when my concierge alerted me to an overflow sink upstairs that had run over and stained the downstairs ceiling. Knew Milestone from using them for electrical services. They promptly schedule me for the day I arrived back in Dallas. Uriel arrived, surveyed the situation, and snaked the plugged line. He then surveyed all of my plumbing outlets, inside and outside the house. Complimented me on the good upkeep of my home. He has a very nice style, very competent and professional. I also understand they now do HVAC and would love to have one firm handle all my mechanical and electrical needs. Well done, Milestone!

Luis, LeDarius & their trainee were amazing! They were quick kind and communicative. Something that I did notice was that we had rescheduled our initial appointment and they still showed up to the original scheduled date, letting me know that the dispatcher had not given them an update. I’ve seen this happen previously with other milestone workers. Since this is not the first time we have had to reschedule an appointment. On behalf of the workers and efficiency, I recommend that the dispatch team be better about communicating with their own staff and team To ensure they are not losing resources and time. As this is the second time this is occurred for us. Again, However, my experiences have been incredible with the entire company as a whole.

Blair Huffman was awesome. He was knowledgeable and efficient. I appreciated his honesty and being able to get to our place quickly. Will definitely be requesting him going forward if there is ever anything wrong with our AC unit.

Air conditioner went out in on of the hottest days in Texas, Raven, the Milestone Technician was very professional and friendly. She provided a detailed assessment of the problem and provided us with the options available.She did not rush or try to influence us to make a decision. I really appreciated her candor and expertise of the various options which made our final decision easy. If anyone has any problems or want to purchase another unit, I would definitely request Raven to take care of your A/C needs.

I called Milestone to make an appointment regarding an electrical issue and was able to have someone out the next day. Neil Miles showed up on time and went above and beyond explaining the issues in a way that I could understand. He did the work and and I couldn't be more satisfied. I highly recommend!
