Luis, LeDarius & their trainee were amazing! They were quick kind and communicative. Something that I did notice was that we had rescheduled our initial appointment and they still showed up to the original scheduled date, letting me know that the dispatcher had not given them an update. I’ve seen this happen previously with other milestone workers. Since this is not the first time we have had to reschedule an appointment. On behalf of the workers and efficiency, I recommend that the dispatch team be better about communicating with their own staff and team To ensure they are not losing resources and time. As this is the second time this is occurred for us. Again, However, my experiences have been incredible with the entire company as a whole.

Blair Huffman was awesome. He was knowledgeable and efficient. I appreciated his honesty and being able to get to our place quickly. Will definitely be requesting him going forward if there is ever anything wrong with our AC unit.

Air conditioner went out in on of the hottest days in Texas, Raven, the Milestone Technician was very professional and friendly. She provided a detailed assessment of the problem and provided us with the options available.She did not rush or try to influence us to make a decision. I really appreciated her candor and expertise of the various options which made our final decision easy. If anyone has any problems or want to purchase another unit, I would definitely request Raven to take care of your A/C needs.

Chad Molock was great to work with! He helped me better understand what was going on with an old water shut off I have so I could make an informed decision about next steps. He also checked other items around the house, and while doing so he took the time to just mention a few things he was looking for, some preventative steps I could take, and suggested other services available for when the time comes. Chad made sure I understood the Milestone services available, their Advantage program, and the guarantees they puts on their work, but in a personable, conversational way. I didn’t feel like I was getting the hard sell on anything, which I really appreciate. I’ll keep him and Milestone in mind for future needs.
