So expensive doesn’t mean better, and cheap doesn’t always save you money. When I bought our money pit of a home, unknowingly, I needed and wanted the repairs to last a lifetime. After doing research I found that Milestone had the best reviews and over the past year - they have proven to be the best. By far not the cheapest, but that’s bc the quality of work you get is above and beyond any other electric, plumbing, AC company out there. When it came to then upgrading our electrical equipment to include a whole home generator I called Milestone and had a great conversation with Robert Short. The guy goes above and beyond expectations to ensure customer satisfaction. He explained everything to me, the process, advantages of x vs y, etc etc. without going into too much detail - I cannot be happier how he manages his team. After waiting a few months, I finally pulled the trigger and the team came and did the install over 3 days. Not an entirely painless process when you have no power for hours and hours with a toddler and two nap schedules, but overall it went very quickly and the install team did their best to work around our schedule with dogs, and naps, and just life. If you need anything electrical, or really anything. Milestone is your must go to.

I have heard Milestones commercials for years but never called because we had friends of the family that would fix things for us if my Dad or brother couldn't. However, this time I needed to call and I saw their commercial 3xs in on week so I knew that was my signal to call. I am glad I did. The tech who came is named Will Menzies and he was stellar! He understood the assignment so well and was concerned about our families safety. His concern came from a carbon monoxide leak from our water heater. He called his office to schedule their plumbing team to come out and assess the next steps. I am so grateful for Will and being so good at his job! Milestone doesn't try to up-sell anything that you don't need just to make a buck! They also have a network of home repair company's they use to help shore up your home!They really do care about their customers. I recommend you call them for all your heating, AC, and plumbing needs. ***UPDATE TO PRAISE DAYTON GALLAGHER***(the link sent wouldn't work)...Just like Will, Dayton was on top of his job! He worked hard to get us a package deal on all the worked our home needed done! He also crossed all his fingers and toes when we were trying to get financial assistance! Very patient and kind! He and Will, along with the entire company are now part of our family! Thanks Nephews!

Zach Williams was absolutely awesome. He was knowledgeable and willing to share that knowledge, not in a boastful manner, but rather in an educational and informative style, causing me to feel totally confident and trusting in his abilities to take care of my plumbing needs. Zach managed tasks skillfully and thoroughly being conscientious in not making a mess and in doing his job well. I highly recommend Zach for any plumbing needs. He departed my residence leaving behind an incredibly happy, relieved return customer.
