We had our breaker box replaced and relocated. It was a big job! Our team also updated several other electrical plugs. Steven initially came to our home and did a free assessment of our electrical system. He was thorough and professional. Tyler and Mason came the next day and meticulously installed new equipment. I’ve used Milestone consistently for HVAC, plumbing and electric. 99% of the time they communicate effectively and deliver excellent service. They are a premium price but there is a level of professionalism and comfort that comes from working with them. It’s also nice to have one point of contact for so many service items within a home. They also standby their work with a solid warranty. The 1% of the time where we have had an issue, they’ve recovered quickly - which to me is well worth the premium.

Francisco did a great job clearing our tub drain. He provided helpful information while being friendly and professional. He also flushed our hot water heater in what seemed like a much more complete manner than had previously been done. He also cleaned up after which should always be done, but is sometimes missed. Great job!
