Scott was amazing. So thorough. He shared that Milestone is a family-owned business (which is really wonderful). He reviewed the service plans that Milestone offers and the charities Milestone supports. He gave me a fair price for the work I needed done. I'm very happy with the company and trust them.

I called yesterday about an estimate for a Milestone security system to replace a family member's existing security company. We were given an appointment for the next day. Jon came to the house and the first thing he asked was if I would like him to wear a mask. I did, so he happily complied. He looked at the existing security system and gave me time to explain what additional features we wanted. He gave us different options and then worked up the estimate. He was very professional and helpful. The monthly service amount would be lower than what they're paying now. I would definitely recommend Milestone Security. I've used it at my own house for years and am pleased with the service.

Let me first start by saying that I am a senior citizen and I was employed by Bank Of America for over 37 years. Therefore, I am a stickler for excellent customer service. All of the guys who came to assist with this horrible incident of lightning striking my home were amazing. There was only one person that seem to not be a part of the gang! However, I have to mention the most amazing, attentive, detail oriented, professional, nice, intelligent, knowledgeable, people oriented technician I have encountered. His name was “Christian Keith.” He seemed to be extremely well respected by the crew that arrived after his initial arrival. He was so detail oriented, that he covered things I didn’t think about. I’m sure all of your technicians are amazing, however if you have five people like Christian you could terminate the rest of your staff! Although, the service that was required was extremely expensive, over $12,000. I want to say that if you have to spend that amount for a service and you can say at the end of it that you feel like you received your money’s worth of service, it’s a good day. I thank God that we are blessed to be able to pay for what was required! Thank you Christian and Brandon for one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve ever had in the 67 years that I’ve been on this earth!

My Milestone Technician, Rigoberto Perez did an excellent job installing my new thermostat. He was neat, professional and told me everything I needed to know about the new device. He worked quietly and efficiently and finished the job in less than an hour. He also checked my whole system to ensure it was working efficiently. I would encourage anyone to use Milestone for all their electrical and A/C requirements. Each technician I have had over the many years for various jobs has been top notch.

Jordan was great. He was extremely professional and courteous. After explaining to me all the options for a pretty expensive electrical issue, Jordan happily went over all the information a second time via phone call with my husband so that we could feel good about our final decision. The work couldn’t be scheduled for a couple of days, but I feel very confident based on my experience with Jordan today. Thanks so much!
