Excellent job! We are had a contract install a shower and the plumbing was a not the best. We hired Milestone to some fix the issue! So far it has been a great experience as they work hand in hand with Hanks to get my project done. Cri has been excellent at communicating and guiding us through the process! Great experience working with Francisco, he came out to provide a deeper diagnosis of our sewer drainage pipe. He explained what he found, discussed the service need to fix the issue (tree roots in pipe) and scheduled the repair team to come in and perform the work next day. The next day the technician, Saw, came out and had the entire repair completed and area cleaned up within a few hours. So within 4 days we had our issue diagnosed and completely repair… Very happy with the service here.

Lance is the best! Excellent in all his work! So pleased with his services. Lance and 3 other electricians, Cody, Gus and Marco hung and very large Chandelier with scaffolding and did it perfectly. Such a great team we had for this. Also Nick the electrical manager has been very helpful in putting together the group we needed.

The tech gave me a time frame of 8 to noon.. for the first time , he showed up right at 8 , no waiting around all day waiting for them to show up. From the time that he arrived here until he left my driveway 100% professionalism . Complete respect all the way around. Once he finished , he explained everything he seen and done as well as a few recommendations without being overbearing. At the completion of the job , like any other company he had a few maintenance packages that they offer but even then he didn’t overwhelm me nor was he pushy.. very pleasant . Although they may be a little bit on the pricey side this is one of those time that you get what you pay for .. Dustin is an excellent service tech and also an outstanding representative for the company.

Thank you to Zane Larmen & Jordan who came out today to work on my HVAC system. They did a wonderful job cleaning and making sure everything was working properly. They answered all my questions as well. My husband and I are new home owners, very grateful we found Milestone to help with all our home upkeep needs. The service I received was amazing. My primary electrician, Caleb, was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I just bought and moved into my house and Caleb did a full electrical inspection to make sure my house was good to go. He discovered a large amount of items that our inspector did not call out when buying the house and then explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. On top of being a good technician, he was also very sociable and having him work on my house was much less frustrating due to his good personality. The costs were a little bit higher than I would have thought/liked, but the fact that I felt like I was in good hands, made the slightly higher costs much easier to accept.
