We have worked with Milestone several times before, and we keep coming back. All the folks are fantastic, but our favorite guy to work with is Robert Short. Robert consistently demonstrates mastery of his craft. This time, our needs required some creativity. Robert came in, quickly assessed our needs, and presented solutions that were economical and exceeded our expectations. It is fun to watch someone that has the technical aspects of their job so well in hand they can use their skills and be creative. Robert's helper this time was Trey, and he did a great job for us as well. It seems Trey is getting to learn from the best. Milestone is our go-to company for our electrical needs. You have a customer for life!

I had several Milestone technicians come by the house yesterday: Juan, Hugo, and Jason were all incredibly professional, friendly, thorough, and helpful. Juan helped with plumbing issues and was very honest and transparent with his recommendations on a new water heater system, along with being very patient in answering all my questions. Hugo and Jason helped with maintenance on my heating/cooling system. Again very thorough and meticulous. They also went above and beyond with helping me move an item! I’ve always had a great experience with every Milestone technician and staff and will continue to use them for my needs. Thanks for the great service!!

Brandon and Jeremy did a great job. They came to service our air conditioning unit which they maintain twice a year. They were very professional and did a great job.. We appreciate people who come and treat us like family.. Both of them were very kind and personable.. we will continue to use Milestone because they do a great job and all their techs are very professional.. They also took care to wear their masks to keep us safe.. Thank you.

Milestone Electric is great! Robert and his associate trainee were super professional and nice. From start to finish they let me know what was going on every step of the way and when it comes to my home I like to be involved. Really appreciated that. The pricing was fair for what had to be done. I’m glad that Milestone is strict with who they hire being that I’m a single mom, it helps to have a guarantee. Overall great experience and definitely recommend Milestone electric if you’re in need!

Michael Hull with Milestone came out to my house today. He was very knowledgeable and professional the entire time. He took his time and showed me the issues with my AC system and suggested the best route to repair it.
