Effective from 12:01 AM local time on the effective date, as registered, and applicable for the period indicated.

  • Prices are subject to change following the conclusion of the initial term.
  • Annual visits are executed during normal business hours and are scheduled by Milestone Home Services Inc. (MHSI). Visits are on request and do not carry over beyond the initial 12 months. additionally the visits have no monetary value and are not required to fulfill the agreement.
  • The system will auto-renew monthly after the initial term ends.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation necessitates a written notice sent to MHSI at least 15 days prior to the upcoming renewal date to prevent renewal charges. The notice must be received within this window. All paid fees are non-refundable.
  • Benefits, promotions, discounts, etc. are valid only when the account is up-to-date. Delinquent accounts (overdue by more than 1 day) will nullify this agreement.
  • Participants commit to a minimum term of 12 months. Service visits or tune-ups included have no monetary value and are not a contractual obligation in this agreement. All money will accrue as a non refundable deposit for (24) months.

Stipulations:

  1. Extended Guarantee covers only work previously completed by MHSI due to malfunctions in installation or equipment. It excludes normal wear and tear, pre-existing conditions, or security equipment. (Dispatch fees vary.)
  2. Participants will incur an emergency service fee for ELECTRICAL, HVAC & PLUMBING emergencies while on the plan. An “emergency” is defined as loss of power to home/main appliances outside regular hours. Plumbing emergencies include pipe bursts, water heater leaks, or full home drain backups outside regular hours.
  3. Visits requested by MHSI must be fulfilled to maintain guarantees. The visits are available and in exchange because a commitment to future work in the Never Lose A Penny program.
  4. HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical visits aren’t contractually mandated. MHSI will schedule visits per availability or upon customer request. Requests for visits must be written and sent to Milestone at 2360 Crist Rd. Ste B900, Garland, TX 75040. All service visit privileges conclude after the membership period.
  5. Guarantees are exclusive to residential services. Limits apply up to $20,000. Claims should be made within 30 days of service completion. Any refund request regarding this plan must be written and submitted within 90 days of the start date.
  6. The monies paid will accrue in the “Never Lose A Penny” program, and must be used within (24) Months. After (24) Months, the funds will be counted as customer purchases and new funds will start accruing.
  7. MHSI reserves the right to modify these terms without prior notification.

DISCLAIMER: Completion of 12 months of Milestone Advantage is a prerequisite for the 15% members-only discount. Early termination of membership will necessitate reimbursement by the customer for all discounts previously granted by Milestone Home Service Co. This payment is due in full upon membership cancellation.
