Wow! What an incredible experience! My family felt safe, taken care of and had our AC back up running so fast. I have actually worked in-office at Milestone before. I had never been on the other side, as a client, desperately needing my AC back up running. Our AC stopped working in the middle of the night and they managed to add me to the list for the next morning. Note that this is one of the hottest days of summer at a high of 105. I have two little boys and my husband currently in Africa at a missions trip. I wish this would have not happened specially with not having my husband around. But Milestone, Orlando, and the leaders there made sure we were taken care of. I would 1000% recommend them if you want quality, safety and excellence!

We recently needed to have some electrical and plumbing work done. We chose Milestone knowing it's not the cheapest, but we feel the fantastic service and quality workmanship is well worth it. We decided to become members and we could not be happier! Everyone is so nice, professional and I love how they give you multiple options to resolve any issues. It's also good to know my home's mechanics are in great working order.

Michael came to replace a faulty switch in the kitchen that was driving me crazy. He had it diagnosed and fixed much faster than I thought it could be done and then showed me how to replace a part in the under-counter lights, as well. He couldn't have been nicer, and his work was done neatly and as far as I can tell, perfectly. He's personable and soft-spoken and generally pleasant. I'm very happy with the whole Milestone experience.

We had our air conditioning system breakdown while we were away. Right from the first call to make the appointment, Milestone was quick and professional. Raven Snowden was the technician assigned. She arrived on time and was very courteous. Raven was quick in troubleshooting and suggesting corrective actions. She explained the pros/cons and left the decision to us, the customer. She also provided feedback on maintaining the air conditioning system. She finished the job in a timely manner. Will highly recommend Milestone and Raven to anyone.

Matthew was very prompt, friendly, and professional. We had two outdoor faucets that needed repair, and he got right to business. Both required removing some brick, and he did that as well as replacing the brick afterwards. He did a beautiful job and everything is great...he left the faucets and bricks in excellent condition. The cost was a little higher than we anticipated, but we are very happy with the outcome.
