I called yesterday about an estimate for a Milestone security system to replace a family member's existing security company. We were given an appointment for the next day. Jon came to the house and the first thing he asked was if I would like him to wear a mask. I did, so he happily complied. He looked at the existing security system and gave me time to explain what additional features we wanted. He gave us different options and then worked up the estimate. He was very professional and helpful. The monthly service amount would be lower than what they're paying now. I would definitely recommend Milestone Security. I've used it at my own house for years and am pleased with the service.

Let me first start by saying that I am a senior citizen and I was employed by Bank Of America for over 37 years. Therefore, I am a stickler for excellent customer service. All of the guys who came to assist with this horrible incident of lightning striking my home were amazing. There was only one person that seem to not be a part of the gang! However, I have to mention the most amazing, attentive, detail oriented, professional, nice, intelligent, knowledgeable, people oriented technician I have encountered. His name was “Christian Keith.” He seemed to be extremely well respected by the crew that arrived after his initial arrival. He was so detail oriented, that he covered things I didn’t think about. I’m sure all of your technicians are amazing, however if you have five people like Christian you could terminate the rest of your staff! Although, the service that was required was extremely expensive, over $12,000. I want to say that if you have to spend that amount for a service and you can say at the end of it that you feel like you received your money’s worth of service, it’s a good day. I thank God that we are blessed to be able to pay for what was required! Thank you Christian and Brandon for one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve ever had in the 67 years that I’ve been on this earth!

The service I received was amazing. My primary electrician, Caleb, was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I just bought and moved into my house and Caleb did a full electrical inspection to make sure my house was good to go. He discovered a large amount of items that our inspector did not call out when buying the house and then explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. On top of being a good technician, he was also very sociable and having him work on my house was much less frustrating due to his good personality. The costs were a little bit higher than I would have thought/liked, but the fact that I felt like I was in good hands, made the slightly higher costs much easier to accept.

When you have an electrical issue on a hundred degree day, you want reliability and quick diagnosis. When you have an older home, you need to know its liabilities. A call in the evening yielded an 8am visit. A quick test identified a root cause instead of "replace it all" or "it's too old". I got a root cause, a workaround and price -so I could raise funds- as well as a dedicated tech next visit. Same day turnaround. Very satisfied.

At another company's suggestion, we contacted Milestone to inquire about potentially having them install a back-up generator system for our whole house. Robert Short is the person with Milestone who came to our home. Robert was incredible ... an expert in his field, very professional, good communicator, amiable, kind, dedicated, and multi-talented. His detailed assessment and analysis of: what would need to be done and the associated pricing for our job was truly remarkable. We simply cannot say enough positive things about Robert and all of the professionals we have encountered at Milestone home services. We are very very impressed with the variety and scope of services they provide and the quality of people they employ. Highly recommend this company.
