- Two The Milestone Tune-Up™ Visits – You will receive one A/C and one heating maintenance visit per year. These visits will be scheduled at your earliest convenience.
- Roofing Leak Inspection – Our professional roofers will inspect your roof for any damage or leaks and provide a fully detailed report and recommendation.
- One Free Drain Cleaning – Have a clogged drain? Don’t worry, you get one free drain cleaning on us per year!
- One Home Performance & Safety Visit
- Advantage Member Hotline – Scheduling will never be easier when you have access to our Advantage member hotline. This routes you straight to our Advantage representative that can help get you scheduled or assist with any questions you may have.
- Priority Service – No one likes to wait in line. With our Advantage plan, you will gain access to front of the line scheduling. It’s that easy.
- Discounted Advantage Pricing – Unexpected costs are the worst. But with the Advantage Plan you get 15% off all service and repairs.
Air Filter Services
With every visit for The Milestone Tune-Up™ service, our Technicians will remove and dispose of all dirty air filters and replace them with fresh ones! Due to the variance in each home’s filter size, we do not have all air filter sizes on the truck. Our Advantage representatives walk all our Members through the setup for routine air filter delivery either through Amazon or FilterTime. One of the many ways The Advantage Membership provides homeowners ultimate peace of mind.
