Just had a fantastic experience with Nick who you guys sent over to clean out my drain and see if there were any issues. Nick was a complete professional and was super patient to make sure I understood everything that was going on. I’ll definitely be using Milestone again!

We had a error code on our AC system and called milestone. Customer service was outstanding and very professional. Henry our tech was out quickly and tackled the problem. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The problem was diagnosed and would couldn’t be any happier. Whenever we need home repairs Milestone is our go to company.

Posting to thank Milestone for sending Favian S, Aaron M, and Gustavo M, to clean and sanitize my ducts. They are an excellent team. Gustavo cleaned all the vent and return plates, and most of them looked almost new afterwards. Favian and Aaron vacuumed, cleaning and sanitizing the returns and supply ducts. Both of them would periodically show me before and after pictures as they worked. I appreciated seeing what I was paying for and it gave me confidence in their work. Favian showed me pictures of UV light after installation and explained how it works. Aaron was the best cleanup leader I’ve seen in a while. He even replaced the attic pull that was missing after the prior tech had visited earlier. Great team and outstanding work.

Mr.ByronByars and Lawrence who was training with him were both excellent.We had someone come out and install two portable air conditioners and they put them both on the same breaker and caused a problem .They came out and fixed it right away and checked everything from top to bottom.i will always request these two and of course the other guy is fired.I loved Byron and Lawrence excellent service.I will recommend them and Milestone electric to everyone i know.

needed my HVAC serviced. Called milestone and had an appointment setup for 4 june. I was required to be home from 2-7 pm for the service call. At around 3:30 called to ensure they were still coming and was told they were. As of today 6 June still have not heard from milestone. So I contacted another company via text on the evneing of 4 June since milestone did not show up. Sorry mikestone your missing out on replacing my HVAC system and $$$$. Poor customer service, a courtesy call would have been nice.

I feel cheated and duped and I’m just so tired of dealing with Milestone.

We used Milestone’s security at our old home (about 5 years ago). They were reasonably priced and seemed to have pretty up-to-date features at the time.

When we moved we thought it was a no-brainer to just transfer their services as we were just moving across town. WHAT A MESS! First, the installation tech that came out was just not the best. Very “I know what I’m doing, little missy,” type of guy. We had issues with the system and had to have someone come out and work on it. (The sound is just super terrible in these boxes.) And on top of all of that, they require a THREE year contract.

Finally, Milestone contracts out their monitoring/billing services. Fine. However, what I wasn’t told is that there is a separate contract to this service that we are responsible for regardless. So, we canceled the system at the old house, moved, and are now being held responsible for almost $300 of an old contract at a house we no longer live at. When the contract to Milestone came up for renewal at the old house, we were not notified that this is what would happen.

I’m still paying for monitoring at the new house but I have no idea who’s actually getting this money. The contract for monitoring should have been transferred to the new house.

The whole system is so convoluted that you need a degree to figure out who is doing what at your house. Go with a different company.

Be CAREFUL – Moved to a Dallas and a new house in November 2018. As with most new houses there needs to be a cleaning of ducts etc. and I contacted Milestone. Service was excellent and I decided to take advantage of the MAM Plan. What a mistake – service takes upwards of six weeks to schedule, one A/C unit was not functioning and we were told since the second one was functioning we would need to wait almost 3 weeks in the middle of the summer.

Once my plan has finished I’m done with this company.

Hi Mr Darcy, i am so sorry to hear you have not been satisfied with the MAM plan. I can completely understand your frustration with having to schedule that far out. Normally that is not the case here and we are able to get you on the schedule fairly quickly, we have just had an abundance of people call in recently to utilize these visits which is the only reason they are booked out so far. I would be happy to see if we could possibly move things around & see if we could get out there sooner We definitely do not want to leave you upset and lose you as a customer because of this or for any other reason.
