Needed a few inspections done on a home I am in the process of purchasing. I decided to have all of Milestones departments come out to do the check because I am familiar with the quality they provide and I knew they would do it right. Adam L, CJ and Garrett L all came to the home and completed full electrical, HVAC and plumbing inspections. They didn’t give me any nonsense or try to sell me a bunch of stuff I don’t need. They gave me exactly what I needed inspection wise a little bit of extra help with items totally unrelated to their jobs and made recommendations that are all safety and code related. I’m moving forward with all of their recommendations once I’ve purchased the home. These guys are the best technicians I have ever come across and I will never use another company. You guys should be extremely proud of these technicians, the quality of work they provide and most importantly how well they take care of your customers. Well done Milestone, technicians and all staff, you guys are truly the best of the best.

Rinnai tankless water heater error code 11 which requires cleaning of the bunner plates per the owners manual. Advised the technician of the same information upon his arrival. We agreed to price to flush the system $321.00. The technician was not sure how to clean burner plates without calling the manufacturer (on a Saturday afternoon) and completing a full inspection which would have increased the price of the repair. Bottomline, technician did not complete system flush or cleaning of burner plate after removing the unit cover. I was charged $99.00 service fee and advised to call the office on Monday to have another technician come out to flush system and clean burner plates. Still no hot water.

We had a problem with our AC had to have it replaced.
Sebastain and his crew came out and did a great job with the installment the same day, took about seven hours to complete. They put down work covers to protect the floors and carpet. Explain how the filter needed to be change. Made sure they cleaned up what had fallen on the floors. We are very pleased with Sebastain and his crew very nice people.

I wanted to get a ceiling fan installed. I thought the price should be about $100 for installation since we took the old fan down. I called Milestone because we thought the ceiling supports would not hold the new fan and the electrician would have to get into the Attic. Two guys from Milestone installed a new fan without having to get into the attic and charged us $200. This seems like a huge overcharged considering the small amount of work required.

Our tech Chris was knowledgeable and courteous. He worked very hard for several hours today addressing a list of issues that had developed over the last few years. It’s now back in great working condition & with our periodic review plan, should serve us well for years to come.

Milestone installed a great new HVAC system in our home last July. We have been more than satisfied with their recommended system, and our electric
savings are more than we had ever expected. Today, around 3, we noticed that the AC wasn’t working; we called. They told us someone would be here
between 5&9 tonight. THEY WERE HERE BEFORE 5!!! EXCELLENT SERVICE!

The thermostat for our new HVAC system was explained to us by Manual Escobar, but later we realized that we didn’t fully understand how to use each feature. Henry Gotcher came out, and patiently explained every detail about the device. He demonstrated features that we didn’t know were even available. Our new thermostat is the icing on the cake. Now we know that we are set for a comfortable cooling and heating experience. Going from our old system to this new Lennox system is like stepping into a new world of technology.
