Trying to schedule with Milestone is frustrating. Can’t get any pricing info up front. Advertise specials on tv, but actual call out is much more expensive (~2x the cost). And cannot give any info on the range of cost of just adding freon on top of the $100 for somebody to come out. Nobody in the office that will talk price until you pay $100 for a tech to come out. This model seems ripe for price gouging. Will be shopping around elsewhere so maybe I can get an honest up front estimate.

I do agree that it definitely sounds like there is some disconnect on our part that we need to correct. Good morning, this is so random but I just have to say I LOVE your commercials featuring the beautiful dogs. Bentley is my all-time favorite because his wagging tail looks like he’s genuinely happy to be on set. Should I ever need AC services, Milestone is the one I will certainly call!

Milestone Electric has become our “one stop shop” for electrical, plumbing, security, and air conditioning. Last Wednesday Jasper Pitrello arrived to perform the regular spring checkup of our air conditioning. As expected he reported the filters were dirty but unexpectedly he found an accumulation of severe problems resulting from previous “patches” and repairs performed by previous contractors over the last ten years. Those units were probably best described as “Frankensteins”. The cost to repair ended up being more than the cost of a new system and rather than trying to sell us up, Jasper recommended the next to cheapest system as a replacement. I talked him up one level.

The installation crew arrived at the agreed upon time the next morning and went to work. They were friendly and courteous as well as being thoroughly competent and professional. Throughout the installation they kept me fully apprised of everything they were doing and why. Milestone replaced or rebuilt everything, even the floor the unit was standing on and while they were at it reworked the ducts from the plenum to make the distribution of air more even. When they left that evening the garage, where the units is located, was cleaner than when they arrived. My wife was so impressed at the changes that she keeps opening the A/C close to look. She isn’t even complaining that I have the temperature set too low! Even better the new system is quieter, runs less than the old, and the temperature in the house is noticeably more even.

I want to compliment everyone that I recently dealt with at Milestone Electric. All of the employees were so friendly and eager to make me a satisfied customer. Stephen Waldrep and his son did the initial diagnosis. Then he gave me several options from a short term fix to a long term replacement. There was no hard sell. After I chose the replacement, It was only a hour or so before Daniel Rojas and his associate came with a new system. They were professional as well and took time to explain what they were doing. And glad to explain the new thermostat to me. I looked at the outside unit and was so impressed with all that they did. And the old unit was taken to recycle. This is a first class company and I would recommend them to anyone.

Moved to Dallas and purchased a new house November 2018. Contacted Milestone to do regular maintenance to heating and A/C also any electric work. They also did window cleaning and gutters. I was convinced I could rely on them to do regular maintenance and signed an annual contract. So far, all good. Today called for regular service, simple filter change and A/C cleaning and service if necessary. Next available appointment 10 days plus they have absolutely none of the information size of furnaces etc. You guys seem to be great when dialing for dollars but once signed and you have the cash there’s no service. Will be interesting if you post this on your site.

I have done business with Milestone for several years and spent $1000’s of dollars. I have always been pleased with service and pricing, until this week. Service man relit hot water heater for $200. I will not need to call them again.

JasperP was the technician who inspected my cooling and heating system. He was very thorough and explained in great detail the system as it was and what needed to be done. I chose to install two new A/C units. Raul’s team did an outstanding job. They were professional. After the installation, Raul walked me through what he and his team had done. He answered all my questions. I appreciate Milestone’s service and look forward to a long association.

When I need repairs, Milestone is here in a flash….but, I am so frustrated right now. You installed an air filtration system a couple years ago. Every time I need filters, it takes an act of congress to get them. When I first tried to get the filters the customer service rep told me I had to order them myself because Milestone did not stock them. Of course I was unable to find the correct filters. After several phone calls, I was able to obtain the filters from Milestone who has to order from manufacturer. Because of the difficulty I alwasys have getting filters from Milestone, I called Dynamic and of course was told they do not sell direct to customers.
I ordered filters on April 1, 2019 because I had not heard anything, I called this morning. After Nicolas gave me a lesson on how often I am supposed to order filters, he agreed to work with the technician who ordered the filters before in order to get this done. WHAT???
First, I am disappointed that a system would have been installed (that I am still paying for) that is so hard to get filters for.
Second, Nicholas seemed to be more concerned about the frequency in which I change the filters. As I mentioned to Nicholas, I got the system because I am ‘still’ a smoker and I burn candles and therefore the filters get so very nasty and therefore does last as long in my opinion. I change the filters about every 2 months. So disappointed and FRUSTRATED!

Justin and his assistant did and excellent job with several electrical issues that were resolved yesterday (May 6, 2019). The team was very professional and offer several options to resolve my problems. They answered all my questions and once the option was selected this team went to work. Justin & team really seemed to care about me and they explained everything that was going to happen. The quality of their work was outstanding. I was so pleased with their service that I signed up for the MAM Plan. Thanks guys for taking such great care of me and my family.
