JasperP was the technician who inspected my cooling and heating system. He was very thorough and explained in great detail the system as it was and what needed to be done. I chose to install two new A/C units. Raul’s team did an outstanding job. They were professional. After the installation, Raul walked me through what he and his team had done. He answered all my questions. I appreciate Milestone’s service and look forward to a long association.

When I need repairs, Milestone is here in a flash….but, I am so frustrated right now. You installed an air filtration system a couple years ago. Every time I need filters, it takes an act of congress to get them. When I first tried to get the filters the customer service rep told me I had to order them myself because Milestone did not stock them. Of course I was unable to find the correct filters. After several phone calls, I was able to obtain the filters from Milestone who has to order from manufacturer. Because of the difficulty I alwasys have getting filters from Milestone, I called Dynamic and of course was told they do not sell direct to customers.
I ordered filters on April 1, 2019 because I had not heard anything, I called this morning. After Nicolas gave me a lesson on how often I am supposed to order filters, he agreed to work with the technician who ordered the filters before in order to get this done. WHAT???
First, I am disappointed that a system would have been installed (that I am still paying for) that is so hard to get filters for.
Second, Nicholas seemed to be more concerned about the frequency in which I change the filters. As I mentioned to Nicholas, I got the system because I am ‘still’ a smoker and I burn candles and therefore the filters get so very nasty and therefore does last as long in my opinion. I change the filters about every 2 months. So disappointed and FRUSTRATED!

Justin and his assistant did and excellent job with several electrical issues that were resolved yesterday (May 6, 2019). The team was very professional and offer several options to resolve my problems. They answered all my questions and once the option was selected this team went to work. Justin & team really seemed to care about me and they explained everything that was going to happen. The quality of their work was outstanding. I was so pleased with their service that I signed up for the MAM Plan. Thanks guys for taking such great care of me and my family.

Michael C. and his assistant Carlos did an excellent job installing my A/C unit yesterday ( May 1). Knowledgeable, efficient , very tidy, and professional . From start to finish the entire project and experience was 100% positive. Highly recommend Michael and Carlos in addition to the field supervisor Mario, who was onsite during oart of install . Milestone is a great company with great people who care and go out of their way for their customers

Exceptional service and professional knowledgeable evaluation provided by David E. David thoroughly accessed the need for one of 3 A/C units which needed to be replaced and on the spot provided several options for all needed components , I highly recommend Milestone for all your HVAC needs and have been using their services for many years and as I submit these comments have NEVER had a single concern . Additionally their Customer service support team who respond to calls are exceptional. I also use Milestone for all my electrical, and plumbing needs and have experienced only positive service

Chris Grammer was a wonderful technician, giving me many options and suggestions for an updated camera and security situation. The day he come to the house was raining terribly and he said he would put our outdoor cameras up in the rain, but I told him he could come back later and put them up in better weather. I cannot speak enough great things about Chris, and we look forward to him coming back in a few days to install the cameras.

My wife and I wanted to replace our old central air conditioner. We called Milestone AC and their representative Tom came in to our Condo right away. It was very pleasant doing business with him. He is honorable and keeps his word. The installation went smoothly. We would be happy to recommend Milestone AC to our friends.
