I would never call this company again! Put down a deposit for a big job and then decided to get two more opinions. Come to find out, I did not need what they said! Was a nightmare to have job canceled! Said I had to sign papers to cancel and tech didn’t show with a window from 2:00 to 5:00! Next day after I called him said he did’ not say that! Wanted to come back to my house and sign papers to cancel! Sign what? Just wanted to sell me again! Called twice to get my credit card credited back. They finally did credit account! Would not call them ever again!!

That’s certainly not the impression we ever wanted to leave. I believe that is what our technician was trying to communicate but sounds like there may have been a miscommunication of some sort and for that, I do apologize. Tuesday night, getting the bathroom ready for guests, and I notice a leak around the bottom of the toilet bowl. I arrange for a repair call – Friday is the earliest that they can come to my home. The serviceman arrives within the scheduled time. He wants to look at all of the plumbing — I know where the leak is located. The leak is evaluated and I get the best and worst case scenario along with the price if I buy a contract. The price is very high but I need the work done. Once the toilet is removed, not only does the seal need to be replaced but the flange needs to be replaced as well. I’m told that this is a more complex problem and am quoted another price. I told him that was too high and I’m not going to pay that much. A manager was contacted and the price was adjusted slightly. I told him it was still too high and the serviceman adjusted it again. I still paid $717.00 for a toilet repair. I appreciate the background checked employees and the qualifications the servicemen have, however that is ridiculous and I will poll my neighbors for better resources for the future. I attempted to talk with a manager on the phone to inform them of my experience, but I was on hold too long. I was told I would get a call back, in the meantime, I will submit my review and will not recommend this company due to their incomprehensible pricing structure and cost.

Good customer service is hard to find, yet alone great service. From beginning to end Milestone was very pleasant to work with. They were prompt, courteous, and efficient. Our house had major water damage, and they really made what could have been a very stressful experience go very smoothly. A special thank you to Joshua Segura who went above and beyond to make sure we understood everything. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does.

My mom is 92 years old and lives in East Dallas. She had a dripping valve under a bathroom sink and a dripping kitchen faucet. She had used King Air for HVAC issues in the past and they are now associated with Milestone Electric who has expanded into Milestone Plumbing so she called them. A technician came out today and replaced both the hot and cold water shutoff valves under the bathroom sink and replaced the entire faucet with side sprayer in the kitchen. My jaw hit the floor when she told me the invoice was almost $1500.00. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! And the technician had the gall to try and sell a whole house service contract before leaving. This company took advantage of my mother and I told her don’t ever let them near the house again. I plan to post reviews where ever I can to alert people to beware of this company and its practices.

Clint Nevil and his Apprentice, ‘Dalton’ were here on 9/18 to service our water heater (including all safety checks and flushing the unit),. He found an issue with the pressure tank and informed us that although it met city code, it did not meet manufacturers spec’s. We will be asking him back to fix this issue very soon. I was very impressed with both hims and Dalton’s professional manner, their knowledge and willingness to take the time to answer any questions. There were several other recommendations that were made after their walk through and review/examination of the kitchen, bathrooms and outside hose bibs. We will be addressing these issues over time as well.

Milestone is by far one of THE most professional, efficient, and friendly service organizations on the planet! Their technicians are knowledgeable and can describe even the most complex plumbing and electrical issues in a language that I understand. I trust them implicitly and know that they are providing a fair and accurate assessment. I call Milestone first for every “malfunction” in my home — I am yet to encounter a problem they can’t fix or diagnose. Today, I had the pleasure of working with Billy Wiginton. He quickly assessed the issue with my garbage disposal and had it fixed before I could ask him how his day was going. :0) He couldn’t be more friendly or helpful. To the owners of Milestone: Keep doing what you’re doing. You hire and train professionals who clearly value Customers and endeavor to exceed all expectations. No one likes electrical or plumbing issues….but your team actually makes malfunctions enjoyable (yes…I just said that).

My son has purchased a home built in 1981, and the Electrical Panel was outdated. Also his air conditioning unit would not stay on. Thought it was a problem with the Air. First thing the gentleman said was the connection to the Electrical Panel was outdated and could become a fire hazard and of course no working air conditioning! I knew this would be a problem and a safety concern. I called Milestone Electric and they sent Billy W. and Johnathan to look at my son’s problem. Billy went through the whole house and pointed out some safety issues. I then asked what he could do to fix the main issue. He went and figured out everything to bring it up to code and told me what the end result would be. Now I could have gone to another electrical company and probably gotten it fix for less, but with their 5 yrs guarantee on all outlets and switches and a surge protector, I knew I would go with this company “Milestone”! After two days, Billy had brought everything up to code. Knowing the safety of my son and his future wife really put my husband and I are mind at ease. Thank you Milestone for your wonderful electrical technicians Billy and Johnathan! Will use them again if I ever need electrical advise and help!

I am so thankful for the prompt service and knowledgeable electrician, Adam. Since Milestone was able to come out and fix our problem the next day, they SAVED out 15th anniversary party! I am thankful that background checks are done. I will be using them again.

Our new, 4-month-old AC was having trouble cooling the house. It got up to 83 during the day when it was in the high 90’s outside. Not fun. Johnny Rivera arrived at our home around 6 or 7 that night, quickly diagnosed the problem (it was the drain line), and had the house cooling down in no time. He was professional, very nice, and extremely accommodating. We were very pleased with his work.
