Due to a blown brwaker I experienced electrical and HVAC issues, including a small fire and no heat. M8lestone responded immediately and fixed my issues and I am a very happy customer!
Special thanks to Dustin, Devon, Patrick, Raymond, and Oscar!!! These guys were awesome, polite, professional, and calm8ng to inw frazzled person.
I highly recommend Milestone to others in need.

Exorbitantly overpriced. Charged $268 to replace a GFCI outlet!! No more than 10 minutes of actual work. I understand this was a small job for a large company, but the price was ridiculous even when considering that it includes a “5 year warranty and many other guarantees” they use to justify their pricing. Regret moving forward with the work. I should have just paid the $79 service charge and done it myself.

Surprised that the $79 service charge wasn’t applied to the cost of the work and instead was tacked on. It “included” an electrical inspection of my house which I didn’t need since it had been inspected last year when I bought the house.

Also had an issue with the technician for not wearing his mask during the initial encounter and not keeping it on during all of our close contact conversations. 100% mask wearing should be standard protocol when entering a clients residence.

I’m new to TX and will not be using this company. I’m sure there are plenty of reputable companies that aren’t excessively overcharging. Shame on me though for not doing better research upfront.

Worth noting that this is the first time ever posting a review but really felt compelled to do so with this experience.

The handle on one of the faucets in our bathroom broke off while I was turning it off and we needed to get this fixed ASAP! I called Milestone and they really “fixed it in a flash”! Our plumber, Gabriel Gonzalez was not only personable, but the ultimate professional, working quickly and thoroughly. While they may be a little more expensive than the competition, interacting with their employees was well worth the premium.

I just had your technician Andre Sanchez here to give my annual check on my heating system. He did a wonderful job. My unit runs much quieter than it did before. I always use Milestone for my heating, electrical, and cooling jobs and have never had a problem with them. I recommend them to all my friends.

OnCor found a burned cable behind my electric meter. I called Milestone. The first great thing is that a live person with a pleasant voice answered the phone. Scott came out, assessed my problem and gave me a reasonable quote.
Scott and Jonathan arrived the next morning and went right to work. They were courteous, professional and respectful of my home. The problem was completed by days end and I had power restored.
Scott and Jonathan did a GREAT job and it did not hurt that they were also nice guys.

We had a breaker go out on a 2 year old house. Milestone tried to charge us close to $500.00 for ONE breaker switch! We had another electric company come out. He replaced the breaker switch for $191.00 including labor. Shame on you Milestone Electric!!

Another wonderful experience with this company! We have used them for about 10 years for HVAC and electric. Today we had our fall HVAC check. Raymond Rodriguez was our tech. Followed all Covid protocols but still was able to communicate every thing we need to know. Found a few issues and provided real time pictures of them. Provided pricing for each potential repair and educated us on the pros and cons of waiting to do them. No pressure; just information.
Is Milestone the cheapest company in town? Nope. Do you get what you pay for? Without a doubt!
Oh, their electrician will visit tomorrow to deal with the pesky chirping CO detector. (Bet they are glad it’s not like 3 years ago when all detectors went off around 3;00 a.m; they were here by 4ish.)

Have some doubts about milestone’s honesty. Air conditioner fan stopped running. Tech billed me $659.00 for “Dual Current Controller” when what he actually replaced was a motor run capacitor readily available for less than $60.00. I don’t mind a service company making a profit on parts but a 10 times markup is a bit exorbitant on top of lying about what part was replaced. Do not recommend.
