We had a ‘squirrel’ issue where they had chewed into the eve, allowing water to enter one of the bathrooms. Contact Milestone who sent out Hank’s Handyman Services who promptly resolved the issue. During the repair, it was brought to our attention there was also a leak in the roof. They contacted Daniel Roofing Repair who came out within in 2-days for fixed the roof same day. Excellent work, very through, professional, and dependable. Thanks Milestone for complete services provided. Also used them for window cleaning – best our windows have looked in a very long time. We’ve used Milestone for all home repairs: electric, plumbing, window cleaning, and handman services. Great people, excellent work.

This was one of the best service experiences I have ever had. Everyone from the call center to our technician were great!! Our technician Justin Adams was fantastic. he explained everything in great detail, and answered my questions without hesitation. He was very quick and efficient. He showed up after hours with a smile and a great attitude. He took care of all of our concerns and did a great job!! This is the only company that I will ever use. Great job guys!!

Dear Gus, I am sending this rave review to you to acknowledge the outstanding service I have received by your service men. On Wednesday, I had Justin Adams and Charles Castillio out to fix a plumbing issue, they went out of their way to fix the issue, and then went on to fix other plumbing issues I had. A big Thank You to them and your company. Everything was explained and I was informed and educated . Then on Thursday, another one of your techs was out for my furnace check, another big Thank You to Matt Holton, very informative and educational meeting. These gentlemen and the others I have had the pleasure of meeting from your company are outstanding. Always kind, in explaining what issues they are fixing and any others that may be of importance that need to be addressed. Thank you for having them in your company.

I would not recommend Milestone for your plumbing needs. We were charged $589 pick up fee for the parts which all we needed was a spray hose. Then the repairs were $295 and $79 for a dispatch fee. Bringing the total bill to $ 982.75. Pretty expensive spray hose.

We have been extremely pleased with Millstone in the 2 years we have been using their service. Besides just maintenance , they installed a very good furnance and air conditioner unit a year ago. . We have seen a significant drop in our monthly utility bills. Last week Chris did an awesome job checking our furnace for use in the winter months. Afterwards he spend at least 20 minutes explaining everything he did and other options that we might be interested in doing in the future. You just cannot go wrong with using Millstone!

Do not use this company!!! They overbook and will cancel your appointment day of at the last second. Then they will do nothing to remedy the situation but s hedule you a week later. One star is far too generous.

I would never call this company again! Put down a deposit for a big job and then decided to get two more opinions. Come to find out, I did not need what they said! Was a nightmare to have job canceled! Said I had to sign papers to cancel and tech didn’t show with a window from 2:00 to 5:00! Next day after I called him said he did’ not say that! Wanted to come back to my house and sign papers to cancel! Sign what? Just wanted to sell me again! Called twice to get my credit card credited back. They finally did credit account! Would not call them ever again!!

Tuesday night, getting the bathroom ready for guests, and I notice a leak around the bottom of the toilet bowl. I arrange for a repair call – Friday is the earliest that they can come to my home. The serviceman arrives within the scheduled time. He wants to look at all of the plumbing — I know where the leak is located. The leak is evaluated and I get the best and worst case scenario along with the price if I buy a contract. The price is very high but I need the work done. Once the toilet is removed, not only does the seal need to be replaced but the flange needs to be replaced as well. I’m told that this is a more complex problem and am quoted another price. I told him that was too high and I’m not going to pay that much. A manager was contacted and the price was adjusted slightly. I told him it was still too high and the serviceman adjusted it again. I still paid $717.00 for a toilet repair. I appreciate the background checked employees and the qualifications the servicemen have, however that is ridiculous and I will poll my neighbors for better resources for the future. I attempted to talk with a manager on the phone to inform them of my experience, but I was on hold too long. I was told I would get a call back, in the meantime, I will submit my review and will not recommend this company due to their incomprehensible pricing structure and cost.

Good customer service is hard to find, yet alone great service. From beginning to end Milestone was very pleasant to work with. They were prompt, courteous, and efficient. Our house had major water damage, and they really made what could have been a very stressful experience go very smoothly. A special thank you to Joshua Segura who went above and beyond to make sure we understood everything. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does.
