My husband and I are pleased and happy with the service we received from Milestone today. They were helpful in moving our appointment for an earlier arrival. We appreciated receiving a call prior to the ETA. José Argueta’s first impression was his clean uniform and his professionalism. He got straight to work, did his checks and discovered the issue with our A/C unit quickly. He was proficient at his work. He did his report, and just before he left we enjoyed chatting with him for a minute. It’s always pleasant to engage the human side of people whenever the opportunity allows. Tyler with Milestone Electric, AC, & Plumbing came out today to replace a rusted AC pan, unclog the drains, and service our unit. He did a fantastic job and explained everything thoroughly. He even took a video to show us the before and after aspects of the repair. Tyler removed all the old parts and took them with him, so I didn't have to dispose of anything. He left all areas he worked in clean and tidy. He was professional and courteous. He even wore plastic covers over his shoes when indoors. I was happy with the service and highly recommend Milestone (and Tyler) for your next job!

I've had experience with many different electric companies over the years, but this company blew me away with their commitment to customer service and their professionalism, especially since it seems post-pandemic that most companies just don't care about making the customer happy. Milestone is the 2nd company we had come out to fix an emergency electrical problem, and they couldn't be different from the 1st disaster of an electrician that came. Their price is competitive, their employees are professional, their work is quick & well done, they install quality equipment, your happiness matters AND if they make a mistake, it's a small one and they fix it fast, free of charge.
