JB and Stephen were fantastic at today\u2019s appointment!\nOver the weekend, we started noticing our lights flickering around the house, which caused our battery backup system to kick in a few times. By Saturday evening, it happened about five times, and each time the battery took over saying the grid was out. We called Oncor, and they confirmed that one of the lugs in our meter box was going bad - and even worse, the wires were starting to melt together.\nSince Milestone had already done great work at our home before with a major HVAC ductwork project, we called them again to take a look. They came out on Monday, got us scheduled for Thursday, and did a big repair on our meter box, main panel, and sub panel.\nJB and Stephen were amazing from start to finish. They made sure everything was working perfectly, wore shoe covers to keep things clean, and took the time to answer all my questions. This is exactly the kind of top-notch service I\u2019ve come to expect from Milestone, and they delivered once again.\nWas it expensive? Yeah, but for the professionalism, quality, and peace of mind Milestone provides, it\u2019s absolutely worth it. Highly recommend!<\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>

Zaul sought out and found the problem with the lack of air conditioning in the upstairs that happened right after the previous technician had done a maintenance evaluation of both HVAC units on Friday the 19th. He found the heat exchanger unit for the upstairs hvac was leaking refrigerant. He fixed the valves and added refrigerant. The upstairs is getting cool again.\nI wish the problem hadn\u2019t happened, but I\u2019m glad Zaul came and fixed it.\nReview #2 for Matt\u2026\nIt was good that Matt came by to evaluate our options for replacing our smaller, older hvac unit upstairs. It\u2019s more than 15 years old for a system whose expected lifespan is 10-12 years. His explanations were clear, and we have a great discount on a better updated system,\nReview #3 for James and crew. Replacement of upstairs HVAC unit and associated parts and labor. They arrived shortly after 10:00 and set up and worked steadily and professionally throughout the day until finishing about 5:30. It seems to be totally well installed and working , cooling. A simpler thermostat.<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n

Andrew was great with installing what we needed in our bathroom. He knew what needed to be done and really appreciated his kindness.\nFelt the prices were steep (even with membership discount) considering this was a toilet reset and a faucet\/vessel basic mount & hook-up situation, but the job is done and the Ms is happy.<\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>

Devon Bramhall did an outstanding job! I had him come out to check on a fan that wasn\u2019t working. He immediately diagnosed the issue and saved me a weekend of frustration trying to troubleshoot it myself. Instead of aimlessly chasing down the problem, Devon quickly determined that the fan was bad and explained everything clearly. Having a professional like him come out not only minimized my downtime but also gave me peace of mind. Highly recommend Devon and Milestone for anyone needing fast, reliable, and expert service!\nAdditionally I had Jeb Hardi and Judson Dozier that were fantastic during my biannual HVAC inspection! I fully rely on Milestone and their wonderful technicians to provide the honest information I need to make smart decisions\u2014without feeling pressured to \u201cdo it now.\u201d Jeb and Judson walked me through a few suggestions and gave me helpful insight on how to plan ahead for future repairs. They also gave me peace of mind that my HVAC system is working great. I had what seemed to be a small problem. After I agreed to the quote, the job turned out to be much more difficult. Specifically my kitchen 3 pole lighting system has to be redone from scratch. Clint and his assistant were very professional and completed the job at the quoted price despite it being 105 degrees outside. Great work. They installed additional accessories panels for a junction box that had been walked in and was hidden, rewired 4 light switches to allow two sets of two to work independently. This was a project I was dreading for sometime and had tried to do myself unsuccessfully. I really appreciate how quick they were able to respond as I called at 9 am and they were here by 11 am. However they did leave a large hole in my drywall which I suspect is because they were electricians and not drywall experts. Fortunately, this is a hiccup I can resolve with little effort.<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>
